Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns Policy

Pagan Shop will accept Change of Mind Returns subject to the following conditions:

• Please contact us by email ([email protected]) within 21 days of the delivery of the order to you.
• Please state the reason for the return along with your name and the original order number.
• Upon commencement of a return you will be contacted and issued with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation) This number allows us to quickly identify the return. No return will be accepted without an RMA number.
• The item(s) and it's original packaging and paperwork (instructions, certificates etc) must arrive at our warehouse in pristine condition. We must be able to resell it. Any damage to the item or it's packaging such as wear marks, scratches, tarnishing etc will not be accepted.
• All return shipping costs for Change of Mind Returns are to be paid by the buyer.

The acceptance of Change of Mind Returns and Refunds will be solely at the discretion of Pagan Shop. Refunds for the purchase of the goods will be paid to your nominated account within 7 days of the receipt of the goods by our warehouse.

General Returns and Replacement Policy

Pagan Shop will accept General Returns and Replacements subject to the following conditions:

• Item received not as advertised.
• Incorrect item received.
• Item damaged in transit.
• Item has manufacturing defects.

Pagan Shop WILL NOT accept returns for items that have been abused or used outside of their designed scope.
